SELF-WORTH LEADERSHIP TRAINING

“Being confident and believing in your own self-worth is necessary to achieving your potential”

 – Sheryl Sandberg

How do I develop the self-confidence needed for advanced roles?

How do I give feedback without ruining motivation?

How do I strengthen capacity to deal with change?

How do I develop my most talented people?

How do I empower performance?

Self-Worth Academy’s leadership & management thread to empower managers to be more effective, by valuing themselves and the work of their people.

All programs are customised for each organisation so that participants are able to implement the skills immediately upon learning them.

The starting point is to understand each team’s unique requirements. While it is possible to blend elements from all three levels, we recommend all participants to have a good grasp of Level 1, as this is the foundation for the remaining skills.

TRAINING PROGRAM

LEVEL 1

Emotional Intelligence:
The Self-Worth Foundation

Aim: to empower each team member to value themselves, to communicate this effectively and to have sufficient self-worth that they practice self-leadership from day to day.

LEVEL 2

Team-Intelligence:
Working together effectively

Aim: to empower each team member to value themselves, to communicate this effectively and to have sufficient self-worth that they practice self-leadership from day to day.

LEVEL 3

The Art of Influence
(for Leadership & Biz-Development)

Aim: to have impact on the world around you, whether as a leader or a professional in sales or consulting roles. To develop persuasion and influencing skills in order to shape decision-making.

COACHING FOR LEADERS

  At Self-Worth Academy, our primary purpose is NOT just to sell coaching services. As outlined above, our aim to empower managers to be more effective, by valuing themselves and the work of their people.  Many people can do this perfectly well for themselves, using the training and materials provided, particularly the book “The Self-Worth Safari”.

However, many professionals have asked for one-to-one support over the years, usually because:

  • The challenges they face are complex (and/or individual);
  • The desire to have an independent sounding-board, to give fresh perspective;
  • The need for challenge and accountability;
  • They wish to be supported while implementing the practices taught in the training;
  • They think more clearly (and with more vision) with a “thinking partner”.
For this reason, we have a team of coaching associates, giving a wide coverage of style, experience, language and geography.

We also run a Facilitators Course twice per year, where people can come to learn self-worth coaching skills.

“John’s deep insights about value have brought tangible rewards to our sales team: at least $4 million in the first three years. Self-worth enables sales professionals to achieve more.”
