After early years in production, design and stage entertainment, Bess mobilised her affection for group dynamics to accompany organisations and their teams in enterprise transformation, moderating collective discussions for management, innovation and accelerating sustainable development. Coaching senior leaders to improve their communication content and delivery, their leadership style and abilities, Bess helps to focus on the unique qualities of each person in their system.
As a moderator and Master of Ceremonies, Bess has contributed to events for Total, Edmond de Rothschild, Airbus, PSA, European Parliament, Council and Community, United Nations Y-Peer, UNfCCC and the West African Alliance, the French Health Ministry, TED, and a host of others.
Modeling for Yves St. Laurent, Chanel, Hermes, Dior, Christian Lacroix, Lanvin, Martin Marghiela, Giorgio Armani, Shiseido, Valentino, Dolce & Gabana, and many young designers has afforded endless material for interesting and funny storytelling. She has given conferences at the Ecole du Louvre, and has woven her experience into keynote talks and workshops, sharing the possibility of magic in any situation.
Working in the context of meaningful conversations, Bess facilitates discovery and imagination to drive individuals and organisations beyond productivity and process to substantial personal and creative breakthroughs.
Her studies include an MBA in Operations and Strategy, International Marketing; BFA Scenography and Design; Organisational Psychology, Systemic and Transactional Analysis; Morality with Paul Bloom, Yale.
